My husband and I are just getting home from our trip to the Royal Sands for our wedding and reception this past week. I will forever encourage anyone thinking about getting married at any of the Royal Resorts to do it. We’ve been planning our special day with Fernanda and Itzel for the past 2 years and I can say our day was so incredible and way beyond my expectations. They were so accommodating to any need we had, and answ... ered all of our questions so quickly. We had our ceremony outside and in typical Cancún fashion, we had a few afternoon rain showers. Fernanda and Itzel communicated with me throughout the day about weather and had a plan as well. They helped us to keep our guests dry, but also helped us squeeze in our ceremony outside between big showers. I was so thankful. Cesar was our photographer and made sure we got the shots we wanted. I’m really looking forward to seeing our pictures. We had a great time working with him! Our reception was in the Gran Salon at the Hacienda Sisal - what an incredible space and experience. The service was out of this world, we had full drinks the entire night, and the servers made sure we had everything we needed and our guests said the same. The food was so delicious, we opted for the Caribbean buffet and it was a great decision! Our flowers were SO perfect, exactly what I was in envisioning and smelled so good too. We were able to bring some of our own decorations which we were very thankful for! I have zero complaints about our day, and the process of planning ahead of our trip. My only regret was not eating more at dinner! Thank you Fernanda and Itzel for all of your hard work, and thank you to all of the wonderful servers who helped to make our day perfect!. Our daughter had an amazing wedding here in December 2016 and we brought our family back for our 50th. Kids and grandkids threw an amazing surprise party in our lovely master suite with the help of Carla and Cesar. Our always helpful bartenders. Antonio and Ramon were great fun at water aerobics. Erik always wonderful at Heavenly Bar and the pool. Others too numerous to mention. Grand Residence staff are outstanding. Hope to visit again.

My (new) husband and I recently had our wedding at Grand Residences Riviera Cancun in July 2021. We chose this resort among the many others we have visited simply because of it's exclusive high end experience. Their customer service is out of this world. So much as many employees learn your first name and greet you around the resort. All of our guests loved the hospitality and our wedding was magical.
