GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our best price guarantee policy applies only to lodging-only reservations. Bundle deals with a “hotel + flight” packaged rate will not be considered.

THE BEST DEAL GUARANTEED POLICY ONLY APPLIES IF IT MEETS THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.

1. Guests must have an active and confirmed reservation with Royal Reservations or any Royal Resorts’ official website (royalreservations.com, royalresorts.com, grandresidencesrivieracancun.com, theroyalsands.com, theroyalhaciendas.com y theroyalcancunallsuites.com) before entering a Best Deal Guaranteed claim. Reservations made on other websites or online travel agencies will be rejected.
2. Guest must contact us whenever a better price quotation is seen in another website and submit a claim via email at bestdeal@royalresorts.com with the following:
   1. Your reservation information such as guest name, and your Royal Reservations confirmation number.
   2. Information about the better price quotation (must be quoted in USD) found such as: site’s URL (complete web address from web browser) and screen shot of the site with the rate clearly visible.
3. The better price quotation must be in the same conditions of your original reservation, (same hotel, number of nights, number of guests, room type, promotion name & inclusions, etc.) and online and bookable at the moment of verification.
4. Our Best Deal Guaranteed policy can be applied against official rates available on our site only if they comply with the above-mentioned conditions.

Claims will be answered within the next 48 working hours after a claim is submitted.

Restrictions

1. Claims must be processed before arrival, once checked in there will be no compensation, adjustment or refund.
2. The best deal guarantee only applies one single time per reservation, if a reservation has already received a price adjustment, it will not be considered for future claims, even when showing and meeting the above requirements.
3. The Best Deal Guaranteed policy does not apply to rates that include but are not limited to:
   1. Corporates or group rates
   2. Special rates available through affiliations programs.
   3. Special rates applicable for loyalty or frequent traveler programs.
   4. Package rates, that is, rates derived from bundle rates that may include flights, car rental or any other combination.
   5. Opaque rates offered by lodging suppliers that do not reveal the hotel’s name until the reservation process is complete.
4. Our Best Deal Guaranteed Policy will not apply if it comes from any website or online travel agency that does not have a direct commercial relationship with Royal Resorts. PRICE MATCH AND REWARDS PER RESORT

If your best deal claim meets the conditions previously stipulated, we commit to matching the competing price and provide you with an additional reward.

At Royal Resorts, our commitment is to you and your guests. We recommend using your direct channels to book your long-awaited vacations in Cancun, Puerto Morelos, and the Riviera Maya. While many well-known online travel agencies offer our resorts, others are not so well-known; some of these channels are not directly connected to us, that is, they do not have a direct business relationship with Royal Resorts; however, they can obtain availability and confirmation through the leading bed banks, but when something goes wrong, it is your sole responsibility to contact the travel agency to get help to fix things, while if your reservation is made through the official website, everything is under our control. That being said, we always recommend booking directly at royalreservations.com, royalresorts.com, grandresidencesrivieracancun.com, theroyalsands.com, theroyalhaciendas.com y theroyalcancunallsuites.com, as in addition to getting greater benefits, discounts, and exclusive added values, we securely guarantee all reservations.
