We have had the best time at Royal Haciendas! The activities team is the BEST! Hector, Rafael and Charlie are our favorites. The grounds are so clean and everyone is so friendly. We had a wonderful room for 6 people which includes 2 balconies and bedrooms.
Good Service, Good Food, And Best Hotel In Mexico. And I recommend you coming here and having fun especially the restaurant and the pool . Very good. An open buffet love it so much, especially with the theme I love it and I wish coming here again.

We love the staff of the Royal Haciendas! Cipriano on the security team went above and beyond for me today. He replaced a whole meal after the birds got at it when I wasn’t there. This is not part of his job responsibilities but he was so kind to see a problem and fix it without even being asked.
This Resort and its staff struck me as Simply the Best when I spent a week in September that I immediately booked to return in December 2021 for 9 days! The Royal Haciendas is a fantastic place to spend a week in comfort! The restaurants on property and bar service is an Excellent All-inclusive...
