Another great stay at GR. The service is what makes this place so awesome. So many people to name, but here are a few that were quite notable this time around
Grand Residences continues to meet and exceed our expectations while we are at the resort! The service from the entire staff is remarkable. We have been coming for 8 years and our children have been growing up with almost the same staff that runs the kids club. We continue to be satisfied with the food, rooms and the level of detail that the staff is willing to offer us.
From the moment we arrived to the resort and were greeted by the staff outside then brought in for our welcome drinks and check in, our experience was beyond amazing. The staff, the unit where we stayed, the balcony, the beach, restaurants…everything was beautiful and meticulously kept. Our room was cleaned each day by Maria and she was super sweet and did an amazing job! I wish I could take her home with me. Thank you Grand Residences for your hospitality and a wonderful, relaxing week!
This is the perfect place for a quiet get away. The staff is friendly and helpful and cheerful.
This is a review of the food and kind people who make and serve it. Chef Francisco deserves special mention. He very kindly has made a few adjustments to my dietary needs.
