We love the staff of the Royal Haciendas! Cipriano on the security team went above and beyond for me today. He replaced a whole meal after the birds got at it when I wasn’t there. This is not part of his job responsibilities but he was so kind to see a problem and fix it without even being asked.
This Resort and its staff struck me as Simply the Best when I spent a week in September that I immediately booked to return in December 2021 for 9 days! The Royal Haciendas is a fantastic place to spend a week in comfort! The restaurants on property and bar service is an Excellent All-inclusive...
Clean comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Good food at both restaurants and pool areas. Nice pools. Beach is Ok. Transportation is available for trips to 5th avenue, the ferry terminal, and other excursions. Beautiful grounds.
This is a perfect place to get away and relax. I would stay here again if I go to Playa Del Carmen. The staff is very helpful. The steakhouse was delicious and the buffet area - all-inclusive - was pretty good.
