Grand Residences continues to meet and exceed our expectations while we are at the resort! The service from the entire staff is remarkable. We have been coming for 8 years and our children have been g... rowing up with almost the same staff that runs the kids club. We continue to be satisfied with the food, rooms and the level of detail that the staff is willing to offer us.
From the moment we arrived to the resort and were greeted by the staff outside then brought in for our welcome drinks and check in, our experience was beyond amazing. The staff, the unit where we stay... ed, the balcony, the beach, restaurants…everything was beautiful and meticulously kept. Our room was cleaned each day by Maria and she was super sweet and did an amazing job! I wish I could take her home with me.
