First time in Cancun and stayed at the Royal Sands resort. From the moment we got there everyone takes great care of you. The best staff top to bottom. The whole resort is clean and great food and drinks. Definitely going back.
Royal Sands was a great resort for our family. Celebrating 50 year anniversary with our family of 12 and we couldn't have found a better property. Love the kitchens - some members have food specifics and the kitchens allowed them to eat well.
The pool bar staff is amazing!!! Angel Orlando and Martin knew how to take care of us and made our trip amazing. They knew all our drinks and we didn’t even have to order them they just kept bringing them out! Made our vacation!!

We love the Royal Sands and can’t wait to go back next year! The staff is so friendly and helpful!. We feel so safe and the grounds are beautiful. We’ve been going for several years and this resort is like no other. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!
