One way transportation (Cancun airport - hotel ) per hotel reservation, guests arriving on different flights must arrange a separate transportation service, sold separately. No refund for unused services, if not used, the transportation service will not be available for future use, nor it will be transferred to other reservations or guest. About the Spa Credit: The Spa Credit is per reservation and must be used in one single transaction at the Spa desk. It can only be used against massages. At redemption, a non-negotiable mandatory 16% service fee will apply based on the amount of the credit utilized, it must be paid by the guest. This Credit will not be valid at the front desk. It must not be considered as cash money. If not used it will not be available for future use and will not be refunded or transferred to other reservations. If the price of the product/service is higher than the value of the Credit, any remaining balance will be charged to the guest. Credit cannot be used for tips nor can they either be combined with other promotions or discounts.  * Restrictions: The minimum length of stay may vary depending on the season.*When staying in a Standard room, all children from 0 to 17 will pay an extra fee for the all-inclusive and occupancy.
