Early departure policy: No refunds will be given for cancellations or modifications made after check-in.
Check-in requirement: A government-issued photo identification and a credit card will be required at check-in to cover any incidental charges. The resort reserves the right to decline check-in for guests failing to comply with this mandatory requirement.
For additional charges: Upon arrival, a credit card security deposit of USD 500 is required for incidental charges. This deposit is per stay and is fully refundable upon check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Guests staying on Saturday night may need to change units. The resort will work to avoid this scenario. However, management will work directly with guests when necessary to streamline this process.
Gratuities and taxes are included. However, additional gratuities at the guest’s discretion are accepted. (recommended)
Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed; these may incur additional charges.
Pets are not permitted at The Royal Sands. However, certified service dogs (ADA or ADI registered) are welcome with at least five days prior notice and on presentation of current official certification, a clean bill of health veterinary certificate and signing a liability letter. The Service Dog policy is published in The Royal Sands Resort Regulations.
By law, smoking and vaping are prohibited in villas and rooms, on terraces, and resort premises. If you wish to smoke, please use designated smoking areas. Ask at the Front Desk for locations.
Important information about the All-Inclusive Package: The All-Inclusive package offers an ample array of meals and house beverages. However, some restrictions may apply. The following list of Premium dishes and drinks are available at an additional cost. This list includes but is not limited to Lobster, Selected fine cuts, Selected prime fish fillets, Dishes prepared tableside, Flambéed desserts, specialty beverages and coffees, Premium or imported brand beverages & wines, all types of canned and bottled drinks including soda, beer and some liquors among others.
