My wife and I stayed at rhe Grand Residences with our friends and we had the most relaxing trip. Antonio made us top notch drinks at the pool bar and Diego gave us great service at the spa for a couples massage! There were activities and options for excursions which we didn't end up doing because we were so relaxed at the resort. Looking forward to coming back again!
This is our 6th time at the resort and absolutely loved our stay! Big shout outs to Osman, Javier and Jesus at the Heaven bar and pool side. They truly went above and beyond to make our vacation unbelievable and make our daughters feel special. In addition I want to give huge shout outs to Emilio our wonderful server and Victor our driver for making our stay so memorable. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a phenomenal family experience.
By far the best resort we’ve been to. Property, food, staff, and rooms are all 5-Star. Prices are fair and you get everything you pay for and more! Not one disappointment.
Great time. Riding bikes. Mahui and his coworker were very helpful and friendly. The service and hospitality is #1. Everyone here is very nice and welcomes you. Would recommend to anyone with or without kids.
The staff of Grand Residences are wonderful. They made us feel at home the very first day. While the facility was beautiful, the staff magnified the entire experience.
